JOB DESCRIPTION

• Perform administration work, data management and document preparation

• Manage office operations and supplies

• Perform basic accounting and management reporting

• Provide sales support to recruitment consultants

• Ad-hoc duties

• Data input

• Monday to Friday

• Flexible working hours (at least 20hrs/week)

• $8/hr

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma and/or GCE A Levels

• Able to work independently

• Good communication skills

• Prior experience in administrative roles will be an advantage

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (mainly Word and Excel)

• Students or homemaker looking for a regular part-time position are welcome to apply

• Able to commit for at least 6 months
