Contract HR cum Admin Assistant
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handling General HR Matters
- Handling Recruitment and Payroll matters
- Preparing Payroll every month
- Conduct and Arrange interview
- Maintain personal files and update employees’ details into HR System
- Provide administrative support to the department
- Update staff profile information and leave
- Prepare foreign worker’s employment contracts, renewals, confirmation, salary adjustment
- Arrange orientation for new workers
Requirements:
- 5.5 days, 11am onwards
- Able to start work in a short notice period
- Minimum Diploma in HR or 2 Years experience in HR.
- Proficient in English & Mandarin will be an added advantage
This is a Contract to Permanent Position.
