Contract HR cum Admin Assistant

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handling General HR Matters
  • Handling Recruitment and Payroll matters
  • Preparing Payroll every month
  • Conduct and Arrange interview
  • Maintain personal files and update employees’ details into HR System
  • Provide administrative support to the department
  • Update staff profile information and leave
  • Prepare foreign worker’s employment contracts, renewals, confirmation, salary adjustment
  • Arrange orientation for new workers

 

Requirements:

  • 5.5 days, 11am onwards
  • Able to start work in a short notice period
  • Minimum Diploma in HR or 2 Years experience in HR.
  • Proficient in English & Mandarin will be an added advantage

 

This is a Contract to Permanent Position.
