As a Temporary Customer Service Assistant in our Examinations team, you will provide high quality and efficient integrated customer service experience to our customers. You will also need participate in and support any internal and external events. This role will work two to three days a week between Monday and Saturday. Additional days will occasionally need to be worked, particularly during peak examination periods. This role will be on a six months contract with possible extension.
