Overview

Codewerx is a fast growing workshop which deals exclusively with BMWs and MINIs.

Responsibilities:

– Handle all aspects of the reception (including answering queries about services, check-ins) and customer relations.

– Working with many areas of our operations: stock-taking, supplier interaction, accounting, and other general duties.

– Ensure our customers feel satisfied with our response to their queries, and comfortable with leaving their cars in our hands.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is flexible, well-organised, with an eye for detail, and has lots of initiative. He/she is a multi-tasker who thrives in a team environment but is also able to work independently.

He/she has excellent interpersonal skills including exceptional customer service. The candidate must also be conscientious, reliable, and have a good sense of humour!

Must be able to converse in English. Any additional languages are for your benefit.

No experience necessary as on-the-job training will be provided. However, working history in administrative/office work and customer relations is an asset.

Starts immediately. Full time and Part time positions available. Full timers should be able to work from Monday to Saturday (alternate) from 930am to 630pm, and Part timers should be able to work 1-3 days (depending on your schedule) from Monday to Saturday from 930am to 3pm.
