Tasks: -Communicate & build relationships with clients by speaking authentically about the studio & providing excellent customer service -Be the face of The Brass Barre and ensure that clients have a happy experience -Answers inquiries and help clients register for classes through phone, email and at the reception counter – Receive payments and handle cash flow – Monitor, stocktake and sales of merchandise -Performs operational items like setting up the studio for instructors, re-stocking water and merchandise, checking customers in etc -Ensures the cleanliness of the studio is in top quality – Other basic administrative tasks when needed! Must haves: -Friendly and authentic with people -Excellent team player and ability to work independently -Good attention to detail -Responsible and dependable -Pro-active and solution oriented -Excellent communication skills – verbal and written -Good at multi-tasking Expectations: – Minimum of 6 months commitment.
