Job Description

Admin Assistant (12 months temp)

Duties:

·         Data entry

·         Pricing

·         Filing of documents

·         Reports

·         Administrative support and ad-hoc

Requirements:

·         Diploma and below

·         Must able to read Balance Sheet, P/L etc

 MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and Oracle

 

Admin Assistant (6 months temp)

Duties:

·         Check and verify billing from carriers/ forwarders

·         Prepare data for monthly reporting

·         Co-ordinate shipment with forwarders, carriers and customers

 

Requirements:

·         A Level and below, or equivalent

·         Basic supply chain knowledge (added advantage)

·         Customer service
